The streets and other infrastructural needs are preferable met here over whatever other spot. This makes it a more apt spot to live or even purchase property. Dissimilar to Gurgaon which was created after the corporates came here, Noida particularly Greater Noida has been completely arranged and made to meet the rising requests needed in the property market. Google The Real Time Penguin Algorithm May Launch Before Years End

Back in June, Google told us the Penguin update is months away at best. We also know Google is working on a real time update to the algorithm, so it runs immediately and would not require manual pushes. This morning in a Google+ Hangout, John Mueller said at the 28:25 mark or so that he doesn't know for sure when the Penguin algorithm would launch but if he had to guess, it would be before the end of the year and it would be the real time version.

John said:

Of course, Google was suppose to launch the real time version before and they didn't. I suspect the next time they announce anything Penguin related, it will be the real time announcement.

But obviously, only time will tell.

At SMX Advanced last night, Google's Gary Illyes explained that Google is working on solving the hard problem of making the Penguin algorithm run in real time. Not just baked into the real time algorithm but also to refresh the data continuously and he meant that, he said. If you do not understand the real time algorithm versus real time data refresh, see this post.

I covered this last night at Search Engine Land but in short, this is a "hard problem" for Google. It is not going to happen anytime soon, it is something that will take "months" and months Gary said. They need to rebuild a lot of the system to make it work, but that is the goal. Google doesn't want to manual have to update Penguin, they want it to just run completely in real time.

NASA releases most detailed high-res image of Pluto yet

New “snakeskin” mystifying images of Pluto sent by NASA’s New Horizons probe have revealed a multitude of previously unseen topographic and compositional details. The images captures a vast rippling landscape of strange, aligned linear ridges that has astonished New Horizons team members. “It is a unique and perplexing landscape stretching over hundreds of miles,” said William McKinnon, New Horizons team’s deputy lead from Washington University in St Louis. “It looks more like tree bark or dragon scales than geology. Maybe, it is some combination of internal tectonic forces and ice sublimation driven by Pluto’s faint sunlight,” he added in a statement.

The “snakeskin” image of Pluto’s surface is just one tantalising piece of data New Horizons sent back in recent days. The spacecraft also captured the highest-resolution colour view yet of Pluto, as well as detailed spectral maps and other high-resolution images. The new “extended colour” view of Pluto shows the extraordinarily rich colour palette of Pluto. “Many landforms have their own distinct colours, telling a wonderfully complex geological and climatological story that we have only just begun to decode,” John Spencer from Southwest Research Institute (SwRI) in Colorado noted.

Beyond the new images, new compositional information comes from a just-obtained map of methane ice across part of Pluto’s surface that reveals striking contrasts. “With these just-downlinked images and maps, we have turned a new page in the study of Pluto beginning to reveal the planet at high resolution in both colour and composition,” added New Horizons principal investigator Alan Stern. The distribution of methane across the surface is anything but simple with higher concentrations on bright plains and crater rims, but usually none in the centres of craters or darker regions. Latest Real Estate Trends in Greater Noida

The city of Noida was developed in order to cater to the rising need for real estate in the Okhla Industrial Area. This is why the real estate was developed in Noida to make things smooth for people. This is why Noida is short for New Okhla Industrial Development Area as it was originally made to cater to the rising need for property in real estate. The city then saw an expansion in the field of real estate and so new areas had to be developed in the zone of Noida Extension and Greater Noida. The latest residential projects in Greater Noida have become very popular and so the buyers are flocking to these zones for greater returns. As the property rates are quite low here, the city is observing a rise in the available options in the real estate. This is the most planned suburb in NCR and so the city has offered a lot. The whole area is divided into sectors each made to perfection and with defined developments.

Like the city has specific commercial zones and residential ones. The F1 racing track has been created along with the Sports City and Gautam Buddha University. All these come along specific areas and so the complete planning has been done so that the city does not fall out. This is done so that all the developments that come here are prearranged and so the city does not get out of hand in the years to come. This has become one of the prime real estate centers for the NCR. This is the reason that it is growing in number and has become a popular destination for real estate investment.

Top new projects in Noida Extension
have been presented to you. The city will soon be developed to meet international standards with an international airport which will be constructed in vicinity. This will make the city a complete unit for the future and so the growth will be such that it has all the things that an international level city should have. This is the latest from this city. The city has been looked up at a new level and so the growth is very different from other suburbs. Another growth that will make it one of the most coveted property destinations is the metro expansion which will be connecting Noida to Greater Noida along with Noida Extension. The city already has a great road connectivity and with this metro one coming along, it will also have a smooth, reliable one for the residents. In the future, this city will become a hit with buyers and investors as the property rates are bound to increase in the future with the metro connecting the major areas.

Top commercial projects in Noida have been a favorite of the buyers as this city will be generating a lot of interest both for residential and commercial in the future, so people have already started stalking up on the real estate front. This is the reason that people are looking up to Greater Noida for the future of real estate. The city has also been a choice of the investors as the people who work and want to live in the suburbs have chosen Noida as their favorite destination rather than Gurgaon which is known as the millennium city. This is another reason that makes the city one up in terms of being a favorite of buyers in NCR. The city has a high rate of being in the favorable section. Another reason that makes it stand out is the extensive planning that has been done here which is missing in most of the NCR cities. The infrastructural needs have been taken care of in this section which makes it a trusted zone where problems like traffic, congestion and mismanagement will not erupt.

Did Google Reverse The Panda 4.2 Update?

As you know, Google quietly and is slowly pushing out a Panda 4.2 refresh, one that hit home since this site saw a nice and steady recovery over the weeks after the release.

But it seems based on my own data AND based on the SEO community at large, that some of those who saw a positive impact of Panda 4.2 are now seeing that being reversed.

The ongoing WebmasterWorld thread has some saying this:

Well, for me seems that this week marked a Panda reverse. It was the first time in the last two years with good signs from Panda, but the miracle lasted only two weeks.
All the spammers from my vertical are UP and happy again!

Partition history as lived experience of India Pakistan in September 1947

Back in 1947, Pakistan’s founder Muhammad Ali Jinnah sent Indian author Khushwant Singh a message to stay on in Lahore and become a High Court judge, an offer the latter declined and decided to move to Delhi.

“I drove on a totally empty road, blank road, all the way to Delhi. I didn’t see a soul till I reached Delhi,” he told Manleen Sandhu before his death in March 2014 relating his personal experience of Partition.

“Jinnah sent a message to me through my father — he was his friend — to stay on in Lahore and become a High Court judge. I was a lawyer,” he said. “Bad times. No humanity at all ... After Partition I returned to Lahore many times. I had no venom against anyone,” he said shaking his head as he explained his decision to move amid the escalating violence.
4,000 hours of video Khushwant Singh’s story is among the nearly 2,000 filling over 4,000 hours of video recorded by citizen historians like Ms. Sandhu, 21, for the 1947 Partition Archive.

What began as a small grassroots effort to preserve the disappearing memory of Partition, at the University of California at Berkeley in 2011, has quickly spread across the globe to 157 cities where Partition witnesses reside.

Young, tech-savvy citizen historians train to record oral histories and spread out in their communities with their phones or any other recording device as part of what has become the largest known oral history collection of South Asian memories.

Today a majority of the stories come from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh, though many pour in from the diaspora spread across Europe, North America, West Asia and Australia. They are telling of how far refugees scattered in search of a stable life following Partition. ref: http://www.thehindu.com/news/national/partition-history-as-lived-experience/article7601152.ece?homepage=true
